Managing a complex HR team comprising of software experts, finance buffs, advocates handling real estate et al. Grew the Company from fledgling to mammoth with bare resources.

An alumni of the prestigious National Defence Academy & JNU and Army veteran having spent over 27 years in the Indian Armed Forces.
Advanced Work Study from DIWS. Mussoorie and Work Study of BHEL, Jagdishpur as Project Leader for incresing the productivity and profitability of BHEL without any retrenchment of labour.
Currently, the Managing Director at Wondergenie Group of Companies and specializing in Resource Mobilization & Management along with Conceptualization and Integration of Projects.
Earlier Adjunct Faculty for the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi for project survey and co-ordination as also identification and development of projects by the final year students.
